Center and connect Learn how to ground yourself in yoga asana. Discover the relationship between your lower back, legs, knees and feet through functional exercises. In this workshop each student will receive personal insight into their movement patterns and learn how to feel more stabile in standing and seated postures. Find your muscles, breath and tap into your potential for growth!

Before the workshop Sherie also teaches the vinyasa krama class. Tip: reserve also for het class and get the full experience!

About Sherie van den Wijngaard:

Sherie has been teaching and practicing yoga since 1992 and was invited to Bangalore, India in 1997. She completed her studies in Vinyasa Krama and Yoga Therapy a year later. In 1998 she began practicing Bikram yoga. She has worked with elite athletes, troubled teens, and the elderly. Sherie believes that yoga is for everyone as a method of liberation from suffering. Sherie continues to teach yoga as the "8-limb system" and supports schools, teachers, and students all over the world. Yoga has given her a way to serve others with unconditional love.
